RGVN (North East) Microfinance Ltd is a microfinance institution operating in the Northeast India region. This part of the country is one of its least developed areas, and the most financially excluded.

At present, RGVN serves five states. Its core products include loans for income-generating activities through joint loan groups, larger individual loans for micro businesses and subsidized loans for welfare purposes such as health and sanitation. All of RGVN’s clients are women. In addition to loans, RGVN offers insurance. RGVN has a dedicated development society to further its social mission, which provides various kinds of training, including financial literacy, health, and vocational training.

RGVN was founded in 1995. Oikocredit has been a lending partner since 2012, and a shareholder since 2014.
